We offer FREE Aus-wide shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $50, we offer a flat rate standard shipping rate of $10. For express shipping is available for $15.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, please check that you meet the below conditions before submitting a request.

You can submit a return within 14-days of your purchase date via our Contact us form here

Your request will only be accepted and processed with a valid proof of purchase (e-receipt, e-gift receipt) and a photo evidence of the item(s).

All refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Once we have processed your return, we will notify you via email that your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
