Where are the formulations made from?

All our products are formulated and manufactured in Australia.

Does Roseline Beauty range test on animals?

No, our products are not tested on animals.

What form of payments do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

Do you offer payment instalments like Afterpay or ZipPay?

We hope to offer this payment method very soon!

Cleanse + Glow Skin Reset Face Cleanser

Is it vegan?

Yes, there are no animal-by products in this cleanser.

Does it contain fragrances?

This cleanser contains a small amount of fragrance. The key notes are Lime, Bergamot and Mandarin.

Can I recycle the packaging?

Our product packaging are made of PCR materials.  While we’re working hard on our recycling program, we recommend you to dispose of them in your recycling bin.

Does the cleanser come in an outer packaging?

We purposely didn't manufacture an outer packaging for the cleanser as part of our Sustainability commitment.  But we do have a final design ready to print if needed in the future.  Please note that the lotion pump we picked to go with the cleanser is a twist up pump, meaning that it is safe and it protects our cleanser from leaking during transit.  And it is more cost-effective for our small business.

My order with the cleanser arrived leaked, what is the next step?

We are truly sorry!  Please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email at hello@roselinebeauty.com.au so we can assist you with the issue immediately.  Please include your full name, order number and photos of how the package arrived to your door so we can investigate it and resolve the matter.

Why is the packaging look different from the cleanser?

Great question! This is the first time that our founder, Roseline, worked with Roseline Beauty Community to develop a product together. We have a low-budget on this project. This is only temporary! Once we have raised enough funds for a full production and to hire a graphic designer, it is our priority to update the packaging and pass on manufacturing to professionals! We appreciate all the support!

Why is it called Lip Syrup?

Another great question! Our Roseline Beauty Community have mutually named Lip Syrup because of how juicy and glossy our product makes your lips look!

Why does the formula look yellow?

Our lip formula contains Almond Oil + Avocado Oil which the raw materials naturally have a yellow colour to it.

We couldn't opt them out because we believe that they are going to re-condition and restore your lips.

What scents do you currently offer?

Our Lip Syrup is currently available unscented and Sweet Vanilla.

We'd love you to tell us which colour tint and scent you want to have next!

Cleansing Copines

Why did you choose Bamboo fabric?

Our Bamboo fabric feels softer and is going to be more gentle to the skin while still looking cute on your wrists!

Are they one-size fits all?

Yes, they are!

Can I use them as a hair scrunchie?

If you intend to use them for your hair, we recommend you to purchase a separate pair.  The main reason is that any bacteria or oil buildup from your hair going to your scrunchies can potentially contribute to causing acne. If you're not too sure when you used it last, always wash them first! It is also important to note that with all scrunchies including ours, they may tend to stretch overtime when using them as a hair scrunchie.

How do you keep them dry after each use?

We recommend you to hang them in your bathroom area where there is enough fresh air circulating and preferably direct sunlight!  We also like to use extra large laundry pegs to hang them. 

How often should I wash them?

We recommend at least once a week so it would be handy to have at least 2 pairs of the Cleansing Copines!  It's just like replacing your pillowcase every week, so we recommend you to do the same with these scrunchies.

Do you offer them in other colours?

We would love to know if this is something that our community love to have in different colours and we will definitely consider to add them to our next launch!

Shipping + Deliveries + Local Pick Up

Shipping within Australia

We offer FREE Aus-wide shipping for orders over $50.  For orders under $50, we offer a flat rate standard shipping rate of $11.  For express shipping is available for $15.

METRO - 3-4 working days

REGIONAL - 5-7 working days

RURAL - 8-10 working days

Once orders are placed, they cannot be edited, added to or canceled.  In any of the cases, please cancel the order within 24 hours by using the Contact us form here and place a new order.

If you place an order over the weekend or public holiday, it will be processed and shipped the next business day (i.e. Monday-Friday). 

If you have further issues with placing or cancelling an order, please use the form via Contact us.  We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sydney Local Deliveries

We just opened our delivery services of 40km radius within Sydney for free of charge.

Please note that deliveries will be from postcode 2171. We do not deliver to PO Boxes including any PO Boxes within 40km. We have the right to refuse or cancel your order.

Once your delivery address is entered, the best delivery options will appear. If you are eligible for local delivery, you will be able to select "Local Delivery" before finalising your order. A proof of delivery will be sent to you to the nominated email address or check your Instagram DM after we delivered your order.

Unfortunately, if you don't see the option, it means that your postcode is not within 40km radius from postcode 2171.

However, if you do believe that you are within the 40km radius, please complete your order by selecting the Standard postage. Reach out to us immediately with your name and your order number so we can look into it. And if we believe that your delivery address is within 40km radius, we will contact you and refund you for the postage.

Haven't received your order within 7 days? Please contact us immediately.

Sydney Local Pick Up - only available on Market Day

We just opened our local pick up service. This is only available when we are at the Tramsheds Growers Markets. We highly recommend you to follow us on Instagram @roselinebeauty_ or sign up to our email list to find out when we'll be at the market next!

Your order will usually be available within the market's trading hours (Sundays, 9am to 3pm) or within 2 hours after you completed your order. Have your confirmation email upon collection.

International Shipping Now Opened to the USA, Canada, UK & New Zealand!

We are currently using Australia Post International Postal Service.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.  Please provide a private address only. We have the rights to refuse and cancel your order if we believe that the address provided is incorrect.

Roseline Beauty is not responsible for any charges from the International Customs or Post Office Bills.  

Once orders are placed, they cannot be edited, added to or canceled.  If you believe that you have provided the incorrect delivery address and you have received an email confirmation with a tracking number, please contact your local Postal Office.  We cannot offer reimbursement for the order.
